How to make PDF forms

For example, you have created a simple form in PDF Maker Pilot:

1) Edit this form in PDF Maker Pilot:

2) Select the Save command in File menu of PDF Maker Pilot and enter filename for PDF form:

3) Click Save to save your PDF document as "MyForm.PDF".

4) Open MyForm.PDF in your Adobe Reader.

Now you can fill in your PDF form document in Adobe Reader:
