Trying before purchase

At our website, you can download a trial version of the program you are interested in. Please note that trial versions usually have some limitations. With the trial version, you can decide whether or not the program will be useful for you. In most cases, our trial versions do not include the registration option. You will receive instructions explaining how to register when you purchase the program.

If there are several similar programs in the product line, you can contact our support team to be sure that the choosen program is the most suitable for solving your task.

Payment methods

To start the ordering process, click the Order option on the program's webpage or on the Prices page. The final cost may be a bit higher because of taxes. The exact amount depends on your country's laws.

We sell our products via online registration services that allow you to pay with:

- Credit card
- ACH with Proforma Invoice
- Wire transfer with Proforma Invoice (including SWIFT)
- US or UK checks with Proforma Invoice
- PayPal

After you purchase a product, you will either immediately get an email that contains the URL for your receipt, or you will be prompted to go to your receipt URL at the end of the ordering process. Using this URL, you will be able to prepare an invoice and print it. More...

Product delivery

We usually send registration information via e-mail within two business days after your order is processed. If you have not received your registration within two business days *, please contact us using our online form.

* if you use the PayPal system, it can take up to 5 working days for Paypal e-checks to clear.
Wire transfer using the 'Proforma Invoice' method also usually takes more time than payment with other methods.

The registration email explains how to download the latest full version from our website. If you lose your copy of the product, you will still be able to restore the program. Also, you are permitted to archive the program file on CD.

Our programs are not distributed on CD. We are constantly improving our software and new versions are released quite often. If we distributed the program on CD, that version would quickly become outdated.

Technical support

Technical support via email is free during 12 months following the purchase of the software. Your questions will normally be answered within two business days.
